Vanessa Ray
Ray was Rusty, and she performed "Let's Hear It for the Boy" from Footloose. Ray earned her Actors Equity Association membership. She portrayed the role of Nemo at Orlando's Disney World in Robert and Kristin López's Finding Nemo: The Musical. Ray played the role of Olive Ostrovsky in the national tour of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. In her final season as Crissy she was a part of the Broadway Hair cast and sang "Frank Mills". Her first appearance on screen was as Chris in the teen-friendly video short film The Sparky Chronicles: The Map. In the television series Pretty Little Liars, Ray was CeCe's character, the "beyond charming twenty-something blonde stylist in a boutique with one shoe in the present and one in history" from 2012 to 2017. Ray was announced as the first to start filming again for PLL, and spoke about his decision to return, saying "It's so fun to do and what a fascinating role I have to play. It's like a sociopath. I find her a bit bizarre because she's 22 and is in high school with students from high school. It's like, 'Hey, girl! Get a life! '" In 2013, Ray joined the Season 4 cast of the CBS police procedural drama Blue Bloods as Officer Edit "Eddie" Janko, a part she's played through the show's 12th season.
